Forwarding bing news posts to chat through a bot

I am trying to personalize my team news feed by sending news feed articles of specific topics from bing news to pertaining individuals. Is there an existing bot that might be able to help with this/ what other solution could I work towards?

    sjoshi101 - Hello,
    There is already available connector that send digest to Teams channel daily on specific time.



    I didn't find a bot that can specific do what you want. Sharing the samples link that you can look - Bot Samples. You need to write custom code for it let us know if you face any issue in that.
    You should also look at this - Webhooks and Connectors.
