SergeyVishnevskiy - We are also able to repro the issue. Our app is published to organization scope. It works fine on mobile. However, when guest users try to open a chat in web and desktop apps, the following message appears:

We have raised a bug for the same and engineering team is looking into it. We will inform you once we get any further update.
