custom apps not loading properly on teams

We have a few custom apps and have been using them on teams without issues until today. It seems to be pulling random apps from PoweraApps eventhough it is directed to a specific app.  Anyone else ex...

    Thanks for the response. Error was on both web and desktop. Clear cache did not help and upgrade did not help. I went back to PowerApps and click the "Add to Teams", then go back to Teams remove the tab and add it again.

R_Gatch - Are you facing the issue in MS Teams desktop client or web client? Could you please upgrade the latest version of Teams and check if that helps? You can clear the cache and try out once as well.
