SajedaSultana this is not really the issue, and I am seeing this same behaviour. Even with a very basic agent on the Teams channel when interacting with it via a bespoke agent chat (conversation) sometimes the users message to the agent is displayed in HTML tags. Cleaning it is not the issue here, the Teams / Copilot studio integration is in my opinion. This only happens in Teams and not M365 agents.
