Asking for Admin Approval for OnlineMeetings.Read & Calendars.ReadBasic while it is not required.

Though the Graph Explorer says Admin Consent is Not needed for OnlineMeetings.Read and Calendars.ReadBasic, when we try to use it, it actually asks for Admin approval. Please refer below screenshots....

Pradeep1090 - Could you please let us know which API you are trying to run, and it is asking you admin consent? And isn't it working if you don't consent these?

We are trying to call below URL with scope as User.Read and Calendars.ReadBasic..

  Pradeep1090 The permissions OnlineMeetings.Read and Calendars.ReadBasic typically do not require admin consent for individual users to grant them to an application. However, if the tenant's policies are configured to require admin consent for all permission scopes, even those that do not usually require it, then admin consent will be necessary. Also, multi-tenant applications often require admin consent when being used in a tenant for the first time.

  The Calendars.ReadBasic delegated permission is available for consent in personal Microsoft accounts.
