Approval Templates - Where are they stored?

Context

When creating an Approval Template, we were asked to fill in

• Basic settings - Name, Category and Description
• Form design
• Workflow settings - File attachment, Approver option, Responses and Comments required.

Goal

My goal is to create a Power BI report on "who" is responsible for approving "what"

Questions

When an Approval Template gets created, where does the data get stored?

I would like to (in priority)

1. Retrieve Workflow settings | Approver option
   This would give me the people who are doing the Approvals.
2. Retrieve Basic settings | Category
   This would give me the categories on what can be approved.
3. Customize Basic settings | Category
   We would like to add our own Category.
