API regarding deactivated members in teams or any event listener

Is there any api exist in ms teams to fetch all deativated members of teams? Or Any Event listener in microsoft bot framework for the user who has been deativated by admin?

    Aniket_17 Currently there is no such API available. We do not have any plans for this in the near future.
