Adaptive cards - Unable to download images from MS Teams
I am using adaptive cards to post a message with images(base 64) to MS Teams channel . I am able to see the image. But could not download the image from MS team.
- When you send image to teams using adaptive card, you cannot download the image. This is by design

I was able to download/save images sent using adaptive cards in Teams-Android app, but not in Teams-Desktop app. Could your please explain this behavior?
