SCCM Console>Administration>Client Settings>choose an appropriate Client settings node>Software Deployment>Schedule. It depends on the size of your environment. I have an environment of 5k devices and we have a couple MPs and have it set to 40 minutes, but I would see what you have now and reduce it and monitor your management servers for resource usage as well as your clients. This isn't a recommended or default config by the way.
