Surface Pro

My keyboard has stopped working.  None of the keys are working although the touchpad is fine.

I have updated drivers, reinstalled windows 10, run diagnostics, no joy.  Anyone else experienced this.

    Have had the same problem. It was solved with a hard shut down: first use the power button for 20 seconds, followed by Sound+ button (next to power button) together with power button for 10 seconds and ... tada!
