surface pro X shutdown randomly (after have disabled hibernation via powercfg -h off)

I bought the surface pro X on May/2021. The issue has been recorded in the link below. Initially, it hibernates after turning on for a few seconds. After I disable the hibernation mode, it occasionally shut down, like twice today.

The issue seems get worse now, I have to return this device if the issue persists.

I have another HP desktop with Windows 10, which I never see it shut down by itself.
