Surface pro will not shut down correctley
I have had my surface pro for the past 2 years but not it will has started developing some new issues. At the moment it will not shutdown at all. I use the windows shutdown procedure and all it dose is go through a restart. has anyone had this problem before and can offer a solution.
- Have you tried holding the power button down for up to 10 seconds to physically power it off?
Also you could look at running a command prompt and typing "shutdown /s" (without quotation) as that should also shut it down.
