Surface Pro 8 manual fan mode

Hi,

Whenever I take notes with the surface pro 8, the display gets quite hot, which makes my hands hot and I'm worried about low temperature burns.

Since the power is not connected, the fan mode responds passively, and the fan stops while taking notes.

Can't the fan mode be changed aggressively to keep the heat as low as possible?

If possible, it would be nice to be able to manually set the minimum fan speed.

Is there any way to change the fan mode or manually adjust the fan speed?

Fan noise and battery consumption are not important to me, and the priority is to lower the temperature of the device so as not to bother writing notes.
