Surface Pro 7
Hi all. My 3 year old Surface pro 7 continues to run HOT when playing MS games- so hot that I can't touch the power connection. I thought there was a fix for this problem, but I can't find it.
Now the power connector has to be held in place to charge, probably because it burnt up.
It doesn't shut down and I have never seen this 'thermometer' that is supposed to appear.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
Thanks.

It would be very essential that you contact Surface Team to get this resolved as it is a hardware issue 99% likely and might need a replacement.
Contact them here: support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus. Type talk to agent, then choose Surface then Surface Pro. Then click talk to agent.
Thanks,
Shawn
