Surface Pro 4 with mouse/touch bubbles in the screen

fkmaciel Hi my Dad's Surface Pro 4 also had the same problem, only solution i found for now is to Disable HID compliant touch screen driver in Device Manager/Control panel. Bluetooth/external mouse also works but can be affected if you do not disable the drivers. I posted about a similar problem here few days ago but I haven't gotten any help yet.

- Just ran the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit from the second link and it Fixed the problem but somehow i feel it'll come back
