Surface Pro 4. HID compliant touch screen driver/Touchpad issues. Please Help!!!

Arrow/Mouse pointer stuck on the right side of screen, doesn't respond to Touchpad

-Keyboard works, can still type fine

- External bluetooth Mouse works fine BUT right side of screen still has constant ghost touches (like someones constantly tapping on the edge of the screen)

- Touchpad works fine in Safe mode

-Fresh installation of Windows 10 temporarily fixes the issue BUT soon as connect to internet, drivers automatically update themselves and the problems back. Note: not Windows update.

DISABLING HID compliant touch screen driver is the only way to touchpad to work fine BUT it stops touchscreen from working.
