Running Fedora 35 under Hyper-V on Surface Pro X
I have been trying to create a VM under Hyper-V in Windows 11 for some time now. I purchased my Surface Pro X back in May 2021. I already have Fedora 35 finstalled but need a VM for the work I do.
The Surface Pro X is an ARM machine. I have tried various Linux versions that are suppose to have a Linux 5.13 or higher kernel. I have tried both ISO installers and raw image files that are essentially full drives. All of them appear to work but then crash during startup (kernel panic I suspect).
I have installed the Android preview on my Surface Pro X so I am pretty sure Linux can be run under Hyper-V. I just would like to know how this is done.
