Hi there, I have the exact same issue on my brand new Surface Pro 12" Copilot+ PC. Did you manage to find a solution to this? I've been looping around in circles around the Settings app and Device Manager trying to troubleshoot and getting nowhere. My voice is faint in all test recordings, but not the environment (e.g. tapping on the table).
