Factory Resetting a Surface Pro without Personal Information

I am resetting a 1796 Surface Pro to donate. The wipe and the reinstall from image went well but is there a way to go through the final installation without entering email account information, birthdate, phone number, and creating a PIN?

    Is it possible to let the donee do the final installation with their credentials?

    Is it possible to have a screenshot or a picture of the factory reset procedure. Normally, if you have done a reset from the settings of your Surface Pro, you will find after the reset the installation of Windows on the Surface Pro with the connection method, etc. Do you confirm?
