Surface Laptop 3 i7 bios updates removing battery life registry settings

Hi everyone,

I believe there is a corner case issue relating to bios/win10 updates for the Surface Laptop 3 with the i7 processor which wipes out the registry settings usually turned ON to show the time rundown of your battery.

I've basically stopped calling into Microsoft support now because it happens every update and I'm really over this. At least Support has notes on my account each time and they do the registry changes rather quickly.
