I want my Sureface 5 for Business to boot when the external screen is on (wake on power)

Hello

I want my Surface 5 (for Business) to boot automatically when I turn on the external monitor (which is connected via USB-C). Reason: I want to avoid opening the notebook to access the power button. The display of the notebook should not be used. It simply replaces a desktop PC.  Also, unlike the Dell units, the MS docking stations don't have a power button, so I didn't buy one. It should also work like this, with our Dell notebook (without docking only connected with USB-C) it works wonderfully.

In the "normal" bios, this function is not given (wake on power). I was told that I can activate this function only via UEFI.

Now I have downloaded and started the UEFI tool. But I do not get further, because this tool wants a certificate file (see picture) . But on my WIN11 I do not find a corresponding file here.  How can I create this file? Is it complicated?

I would be very happy about any help.

Kind regards,

Stefan
