Help needed!! Windows 11 INTERNAL POWER ERROR BSOD from closing the lid to hibernation / sleep

Hi, hoping someone can properly help me, as I have searched soo many community forums and still not able to solve my problem!

I have a Microsoft Surface Laptop 2. When I purchased it, everything was working fine, never had any issues with it at all. I used to put it to hibernate sometimes days and it would start no problem. However, ever since I upgraded to Windows 11, I get the blue screen of death. It shows INTERNAL POWER ERROR, and only ever comes after the laptop is in hibernation or sleep mode (by putting the lid down). I noticed that it doesn't occur if it is in hibernation / sleep for a short period of time. But if I leave it for, lets say over night, more often than not, it the screen will remain black, the keyboard lights up but I cannot select anything or do anything. After up to 5 minutes, the BSOD appears with INTERNAL POWER ERROR.

Now, I have tried all suggestions, from increasing the hibernation file, numerous times, updating my graphics card driver (graphics card is Intel UHD Graphics 620), going into safe mode and disabling and uninstalling the graphics card, removing the drivers to the Microsoft Basic adapters and installing the latest (non-beta) version, turning off the hard drive sleep timer, fast start, power troubleshooter, scannow, chck /f etc etc, you name it, I have done it all. So I decided to debug the mini dump file and search for its errors on google. Low and behold a few other people have had similar BSOD INTERNAL POWER ERROR stating the same thing. But none of theirs were resolved, either by the basic responses from someone or there was no follow-up. Please don't let that happen to me. I really like my laptop but it is becoming increasingly frustrating as I have to restart and load up all my open programs at once.

Below is a copy of my latest minidump details from when I had the crash today. I have a larger full memory dump saved too which I have also uploaded into a zip file on my OneDrive here:

The reliability monitor log (XML), reports and screenshots in the share link below:

I have turned off hibernation with powercfg -h off in cmd. Since then my laptop has crashed twice, with no BSOD but just a blank screen. It has now gone for 3 days without crashing from waking up, however I have checked the reliability monitor and it shows an X consistently which shows that MFResident.exe has stopped working and the reliability of my laptop has dropped to 5, consistently. I am conscious if I turn on hibernation again, I will get the same problem again.

Please can someone help me!!! I need to remove this error and get back to a problem free laptop (i really don't want to go back to Mac but windows always always has so many problems!!)

Your help would be appreciated.

You can uninstall MFResident by the following method to rule out whether this is the cause.
