Feedback on the Surface 7 Snapdragon X Plus
Very strange sense of humour you have?? This is a major step back for me, and I assume most users. I purchased the Surface Laptop 7, Snapdragon X Elite in good faith and immediately not being able to connect numerous devices wirelessly, (printers, Projector, visitors devices that worked seamlessly before for years...) MS Teams Conference Videos or calls, Bluetooth inconsistencies with many peripherals, Touchpad not working, etc, etc. ARM is CRAP!!
My main frustration has been MS "LIED" to me during online purchase. I always use the chat if available and lucky I did as MS immediately supported me returning the crap device a week later. I have a Surface Pro9 and a wonderful device, but the snapdragon, terrible.

I agree. I had my. Surface Laptop 7 with snap elite and 2 year extended for about. Two weeks its Performance was disappointing to say the least , I returned it. Happy with my Surface. Laptop 5. that was available from PC dealer new open box With an Intel 7 12th edition 16 gb 512 ssd. I will hesitant to buy anything with ARM as well. I saw The announcement about the new Surface Laptop Ultra and really would work well for me but I'm interested in a trial purchase offer just to make sure that it performs well it's got crazy good specifications
