hello, in order to get the dual monitor resolution on 4K, please ensure the USB C port of the laptop support DP 1.4, the DisplayPort of the dock support 4K when extending the dual monitor, and the cables which connect to the dock, and the laptop support 4K. Otherwise, you would not get 4K. hope this help.
