Compatible display adapters for Surface Laptops

Does anyone have link to display adapters that work with the profile of Surface Laptops? 

In our environment we have many Crestron Mercury UC devices and the display adapter "puck" that is shipped with the device doesnt really fit with the surface laptop's profile and they have broken them.  We have tried a separate solution with many headed adapter ring and the end users end up twisting the cable and causing them to break.
