ARM64 CPU Not Supported
OK, I just ran into yet another program that will not run on my new Surface Laptop because it has an ARM CPU chip. If I knew it was gong to be this much of a problem, I would have NEVER bought a Surface!
Anyone else running into issues?

Having this same issue in December 2024 with a new Lenovo Slim 7x with Snapdragon x Elite. Haven't been able to find a solution on my search. Any improvement for you since August/September?
- Rob_KuefnerCopper ContributorI have only had one program that I can't get to run. It's a Sharp Copier Multi-Function Printer, which runs through the installation process but pops up with a message that it's an incompatible operation system. Oddly enough, if I go under printers, it finds it on our network, but only works as a scanner. I can't print to it. So, right now anything I need to print I put in a OneDrive folder labeled ARM print, then get my old Surface Pro Laptop 3 (I traded in my Surface Pro 8 when I got my new Surface Pro 7 with Snapdragon Elite chip) and print by way of that. It's a nuisance, and I hope Microsoft or Sharp will develop a way to get the driver or install the software, but so far nothing works. Same is true for the Universal Print Driver.
