Anyone aware of persistent microsoft touchpad issues?
I have experienced issues like this a long time ago as well as on the most recent Microsoft surface book 2 I purchased and returned:
The touchpad can 'jump' back to its original spot when I slide my finger on it to click something. It's such an incredibly infuriating issue because it turns an otherwise good touchpad into a painfully bad one. It gets worse based on how you angle your finger, complicated things like that.
Like if you angle the tip of your finger at the touchpad this is especially bad.
Despite this, I still want the other Microsoft laptops. From the surface pro to the surface studio. I'm curious if people know about
1. Ways of fixing it (obviously best solution- then I can buy a surface book 2 again)
2. Any MS laptops that just don't have the issue I'm describing....? Idk the trackpads are just entirely different material? Like Surface Pro X? (Idk)
