Whiteboards unable to be opened unless you use the Windows Onenote App

Hi all,   Is anyone else seeing this issue? When a whiteboard is created on the Surface Hub and saved to Onedrive/Emailed out you can't open the  .one file unless you use the windows OneNote client...
