ERay70 I'm afraid I didn't, but I don't have the Surface Hub to play around anymore (our company just gave up on it, and since then I've moved somewhere else).

I've come to the same conclusion after trying to troubleshoot Touchback not supported - although detected, drivers up-to-date etc - from a windows 11 23H2 host to 2 different a Surface Hub 3 with different USB-C/TB4 cables. But would love to get insight from microsoft tech provider, we're in Paris France TZ if your are still around cezarcretu !

Hello jo-chemla,
If you're using Windows 11 IoT with MTR experience, currently USB-C connection doesn't support touchback. Currently, you will need to switch to USB-C input to use the Surface Hub as a secondary monitor. This is because the Connect app is no longer available with the MTR experience.
The recommended way to project to the Surface Hub which includes touchback is to use Teams Cast and enable remote control. However, the most common scenario when you would need touchback is during a Whiteboard session. If this is your scenario, it's best to start a Whiteboard session as described in this article.
Best regards,
Cezar
