The NTP server is set when the device is joined to a local AD. Otherwise, you can whitelist time.windows.com on the proxy/firewall

These are the only options. If the device is AAD joined, you should allow time.windows.com to be used for time synchronization. Maybe a separate VLAN for Surface Hubs would be a possible solution- DiomannMay 03, 2021Copper ContributorWe just created an A-Record in our DNS and linked the time.windows.com to our internal NTP server. This works
