Teams takes up entire screen

Hello,

 I have a couple of Surface Hubs (V1) in my organization. For the last several months, I have been fighting a problem where the Teams app goes to the foreground and I cannot open anything else, at least not in the foreground. I have tried re-imaging and tried it on 2 different hubs. I can alt-tab and see the apps, but if I select them, it just goes back to the teams screen. I cannot get to settings without rebooting, but the first time someone miracasts or opens a Teams meeting, Teams is right back in the foreground. This persists through different sessions as well. 

 

Are there any fixes for this, or are we just doing something wrong?

    Hello bcdudley,

     

    Are you sure it's Teams and not Skype for Business? If the later, this is a known issue and a fix is currently delivered in Windows Insider Preview. It would be great if you could test it out.

    Alternatively, when the issue happens, you can hit Alt +F4 on your keyboard to close Skype for Business and use the device

    If it's indeed Teams, please open a support ticket to investigate
