Surface Laptop 5 for business Downgrade to windows 10 Pro

I need to downgrade the windows 11 pro to windows 10 enterprise or pro on this Surface Laptop 5 for business but i cannot find anywhere that i can get a Image to download for it.  I have tried on the Surface recovery Image site but it fails the Serial number lookup.  I believe that is due to it being a for business rather than the Surface Laptop 5 listed.

 

Any help please.  Or do i need to tell the client to send it back?  The Company dosent want a windows 11 on the network.

    I was able to find a download for Surface laptop 5 drivers and upgrade online and wiped with a standard windows 10 22h2 image from Microsoft. This seems to have resolved my problems. But you will have to use a usb adapter to have a external mouse and keyboard to get the OS installed before the drivers get installed.
