surface hub 84 touchscreen not working

hi 

suddenly on surface hub 84, touch screen is not working anymore.

checking with diagnostic he just show it is not working.

the only suggestion got right now it is to reset all...

any other suggestion?

or any check can be made to see if it is a HW problem?
