Surface Hub 2 showing "cannot access contacts"
Hello, since few weeks 2 of my new Surface Hub 2 show cannot access contacts as per pic below. I reinstalled from scratch one of them and it did not help ... do you have any idea how to address thi...
This is a known issue and Microsoft is working on a fix. You can bypass the address book and send it straight to the login prompt by setting Sign-in suggestions to Disabled via Intune. What has also worked for us is to add the device account using UPN vs domain\userid. **This can only be changed after a full reset, changing the device account to UPN from settings does not work**
