Surface Hub Creators Edition - error retrieving scheduled meetings

I just installed Creators Edition.  When I sign in with my credentials I'm getting a message "There was an error retrieving your scheduled meetings.".  I can see my recent files, and the Surface Hub ...

Abdul_Mohammed I am experiencing the same issue with error retrieving scheduled meetings and on OS version 10.0.19045.3693

I have the same environment as yours users are on-prem exchange.

Please can you confirm the OS version that worked for you

Hi brajan , I have the same OS as yours KB5032189 -OS Builds 19045.3693. where have you created the resource account? if it's on-premise , make sure it's sync with Azure.

    Abdul thank you for your response.
    Hub is AAD joined resource account is on M365 and mailbox on ExO
    User's are on AD and sync'd using AD Connect to AAD and mailbox is on-prem Exchange
    This setup used to work until recently something have changed that broke the connection

      Hello brajan,

       

      The My Meetings and Files feature uses Graph API which queries Exchange Online for the user's calendar and OneDrive for recent files. This only works with an online resource so if the user's mailbox is not present in online, Graph API will not be able to retrieve the data. If you have you Exchange in a hybrid setup, then it should be ok as the mailbox data is synced and the information is available in online.

      If the user mailbox is online, I strongly suggest you open a Service Request here to look into this. From what I'm aware, this is not a general issue affecting multiple customers, but rather specific to your environment.

        This feature have been working for us and our environment have not changed unless some settings have been locked down that I am not aware

        Users always had their mailbox on prem

         

        Has it always been the case for hub to use Graph API method to retrieve My Meetings and Recent Files?
