If you have a Surface Hub V1 device and you get this message when the device is booting, please check if the SSD is properly inserted: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/surface-hub/surface-hub-ssd-replacement
If this doesn't resolve it, please open a support case with us to investigate further

the HDD is seated properly, can we boot this HUB using USB drive or how do we get into the BIOS of it

did you manager to reimage your Surface Hub?
Asking because I have the same problem and don’t know that I should buy dedicated SSD adapter
