Miracast starting and releasing connection with domain joined Surface Hub 2S's

We have two loan Surface Hub 2S that are both domain joined.

We have created an individual GP for a test laptop running Windows 10 1909 following MS guidance (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/surface-hub/miracast-troubleshooting

Yet when we connect to the device via Wi-Fi Direct (channels not congested) the connection establishes then seconds later releases. This behaviour is only known via the logs. 

(Wireless Security Stopped Event ID11004)

If I test with non domain joined unit Miracast works with no issue.

Support request ticket has been raised with MS; no progress as yet.

So it does seem were missing something on GP sending side or the Surface Hub 2S receiving side.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
