KB4015217 failing to install on Surface Hub
I am seeing KB4015217 failing to install on my Surface Hubs. Normally if updates were failing I would go to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download and delete all the subfolders and files in the Do...
I'm having the same problem. Were you ever able to fix it?
The Surface Hub was having some glitchy video performance also, so I ended up restting the device. After the reset, the patch applied.
We have the same issue with 2 of ours, we haven't done a full reset but we might be doing that soon anyway. Or hopefully Creator Update will have an inclusive roll-up that will make that unnecessary.
If someone has a one-off fix that works (other than a full reset), please let us know. Thanks!
