Configure Surface Hubs to not use internal microphone

We would like to disable/mute the microphone or set it to line-in so the built-in microphone is never automatically enabled when a Skype call is started.  The built-in mic is interfering with other, better quality mics in the conference room.

We need to manage this centrally so it's automated and so no one needs to go around to every Surface Hub and do this manually.

I don't see a setting in Intune to manage this.  Is there a custom policy setting for the Surface Hubs or else through some kind of Skype policy that will manage this?

    Hi Kalimanne

     

    Currently there is no way to manage this centrally through MDM, mainly as there is no way for MDM's to know which external devices might be plugged into the Surface Hub and thus what options there would be in the drop-down.

     

    I'm afraid you will need to configure this manually on the Surface Hub.
