Where to Post Feedback / Suggestion for Surface HW Products?

As the Subject asks: with UserVoice deprecated, what is the proper channel to provide suggestion and feedback on Surface devices? Office365 products have clearly-labeled forums for feedback, but I'm unable to find a well-publicized site or method to which to provide a suggestion.
