Surface Warranty lookup not working

Trying to find anyone who can help with the fact that the Surface Warranty lookup at https://mybusinessservice.surface.com/en-US/pages/welcome.aspx hasn't been working this week. I reported it to Surface Support and it worked for about 15 minutes this morning and then broke again. I don't know who else to tell?
