Surface Go 4 24H2 BMR
I see a Surface Go 4 24H2BMR is listed when I enter the serial number of the Surface Go 4 I have
When i go to download it I see a GatewayExceptionResponse message
Any other BMRs download fine and I have tried downloading the file on another device.

If it’s still a problem, this would be a good time to call Microsoft Support since the website is supposed to be up and running for recovery.
I have not experienced that issue, but have called Microsoft when services are down/inaccessible.
