Surface GO 3 Onenote problems

Every 5min I got to restart OneNote, the lower-part of the screen becomes white. The writing with the pen lags and don't work at all one over three times. Get my device EXTREMELY hot (over 90deg Celsius) while no other apps are running. I used a Surface go from 2016 and it worked perfectly with OneNote, how come my brand-new surface Go 3 has so many problems ???

Does someone has he same problems ? I tested the Pro7-I5 and SB2 and had the SAME problems, only now the heating issue is less of a problem since the Go3 is so small. Any idea on how to fix it ?
