Browser window title bar size too large
Hello
I've a Surface Pro (5) and the title bar at the very top of the screen for any browser window (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) is much too large, and much larger than for other apps such as Word or Excel. Why is this and how can I fix it?

Sounds like it might be an accessibility setting (and/or something that affects a particular app).
If you create another profile (net user username /add from an elevated command prompt) does the problem follow the new profile?
