How does AA directory lookup work
When an AA performs directory lookup, what is it doing to transfer the call? My AA finds the user and then tries forwarding and can't connect to user. The documentation says that a user just has to be a SFB user, not Cloud PBX or PSTN licensure necessary, but what number is the AA trying to use to find the user upon sccessful lookup?

My assumption is that it is using the SIP address, so whatever the username@upn is. I havn't tested AA with a user without a CloudPBX License though, so don't know what the issue would be.

Thanks Kyle, I've continued to work on this and I was at my wit's end. I updated the user's phone in Azure AD and logged into SFB to configure a phone number. Now the AA will forward to the user's phone if, and only if they are logged into Skype and marked available. Obviously when talking about a phone system this is sub-optimal akin to a world where emails are undeliverable to anyone that doesn't have Outlook open. In summary, I now have a new problem :)
