How does AA directory lookup work
When an AA performs directory lookup, what is it doing to transfer the call? My AA finds the user and then tries forwarding and can't connect to user. The documentation says that a user just has to b...
My assumption is that it is using the SIP address, so whatever the username@upn is. I havn't tested AA with a user without a CloudPBX License though, so don't know what the issue would be.
