Auto attendant still missing (Org AA)

I received the approval on 10.20.16 that I was selected Cloud PBX Organizational Auto Attendant (Org AA)! However it has been over a month and the features still has not appeared in my portal

When can I expect to see the OrgAA tab in my tenancy?

    Our AA appeared almost straight away after approval. AA in under the Call Routing tab in the S4B admin center

      I still don not have a call routing tab, The only tabs I have are shown in the screenshot attached.

        If you're part of the preview program but do not see it, please file a support ticket to troubleshoot why it is not seen in your tenant.
