Auto attendant still missing (Org AA)

I received the approval on 10.20.16 that I was selected Cloud PBX Organizational Auto Attendant (Org AA)! However it has been over a month and the features still has not appeared in my portal When...

Our AA appeared almost straight away after approval. AA in under the Call Routing tab in the S4B admin center

    I still don not have a call routing tab, The only tabs I have are shown in the screenshot attached.

      If you're part of the preview program but do not see it, please file a support ticket to troubleshoot why it is not seen in your tenant.
