I believe it's the same Azure technology doing the transcription. It would be logical to be.

Hi Tom. For some reason MS has 2 versions of this service. One used in the Azure Media services (supports O365 Video), and the other coming from Bing (supports Broadcast). Looks like this is using the Azure one. Was just curious :-)
