Skype for Business Online PSTN Calling Recording
Hi, basically, we would like to record phone calls we have in PSTN calling. Does Microsoft have the ability to record PSTN Calls yet? Or is there other 3rd party vendor that does it?
Thank you.

Numonix has a multi-vendor call recording solution as well, I know they have an O365 version as well.

Hi all,
AudioCodes has a great solution to help with your Call Recording requirements:

Please note that any client side call recording solution (including the ones list in this thred thus far) is only suitable for use in a desktop client / headset scernario. If you're using Skype for Business qualified desk phones in your environment, then these types of solutions will not record calls - these solutions are not device-agnostic.
The above limitation in combination with the fact they're not centrally managed and maintained means that they shouldnt be considered enterprise solutions. But if all you want to do is the some low level user side recording then they're fine (legalities aside!).
In my opinion there is no enterprise grade call recording solution for Skype for Business Online (PSTN) at this time, simply because of the limitations of 3rd party dev around O365 until this time - look forward to 2018 where we should see the world shake in this area ;)
Kind regards
Ben - The existing central recording solutions I've been using before (Verba and Audiocodes) is only for On-Prem solutions or you need an applicance On-Prem connected to Office 365.
For Skype Online you have to use client based recording software. Recording in Skype client you have to start manual. Bridge OC (see URL in Alexanders post) and Call Recording Pro (URL below) can start recording automatic for you and store in OneDrive.
http://www.landiscomputer.com/callrecordingpro/ - You can use the call recorder in your Skype client, it’s a manual action per call.
Need also to be enabled for peer-to-peer to see it in the client.
Could also take a look at this free tool for automatic recording:
